Pacers Blow Lead But Hold On Late To Knock Off Utah

(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - The Indiana Pacers blew a 21-point lead, but recovered in time to edge the Utah Jazz 104-99 at Bankers Life Fieldhouse.

Darren Collison led Indiana with a season-high 25 points with Roy Hibbert adding a double-double of 17 points and ten rebounds.

Danny Granger missed his first six shots but would up with 16 points on 6-14 shooting.

Granger's first basket came at the 8:04 mark of the third quarter and gave the Pacers their largest lead of the game at 71-50.

Utah would chip away, trailing by seven at the end of three quarters.

The Jazz opened the fourth quarter with an 8-0 run to take their first lead since the first period.

Paul George hit a three-pointer with 3:03 left to give the Pacers a 98-95 lead that they would never relinquish.

Paul Millsap led Utah with 18 points and ten boards with Al Jefferson finishing with 16 points.

The Pacers improve to 17-7 on the season heading to a matchup with the Atlanta Hawks this evening in Atlanta.
