(EVANSVILLE, IN) - The Evansville Purple Aces used a 13-1 run over the final 5:08 to pull off a 65-57 upset of 15th-ranked Creighton at the Ford Center in Evansville.
Colt Ryan's jumper with just over three minutes remaining gave Evansville the lead for good.
Kenny Harris led the Aces with 15 points with Ryan finishing with 14 points and Ryan Sawvell adding twelve.
Doug McDermott scored a game-high 21 points for Creighton as the Blue Jays have lost back-to-back games to fall to 21-4, 11-3 in the Missouri Valley Conference.
Evansville improves to 12-12, 7-7 in the MVC.
The Aces are off until Sunday when they take on Drake in Des Moines.
