(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - Danny Granger scored 32 points on a sprained ankle and helped the Indiana Pacers defeat the New Jersey Nets, 93-88.
Granger was listed day-to-day after injuring his left ankle against the Miami Heat Tuesday, and was expected to sit out last night's game and return Sunday against the Charlotte Bobcats.
Even with granger, the Pacers struggled on offense for the first three quarters.
Paul George hit a jumper in the fourth quarter to break a 69-69 tie which gave Indiana the lead for good.
David West had 16 points and six rebounds, and Roy Hibbert added 13 points and 11 rebounds for the Pacers.
Indiana snapped a five game losing streak with last night's win and improve to 18-12 on the season.
They play their second consecutive home game Sunday against the 3-26 Charlotte Bobcats.
