George's Career Night Leads Pacers Past Nets

Last updated on Wednesday, February 1, 2012

(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - Paul George capped a career night with a spectacular dunk as the Indiana Pacers beat the New Jersey Nets 106-99.

George finished with a career-high 24 points with Danny Granger adding 21 and Roy Hibbert scoring 18 points and grabbing 14 rebounds as the pacers improve to 6-1 at home this season.

Deron Williams led New Jersey with 34 points with Anthony Morrow finishing with 28.

The Pacers improve to 14-6 as they are in Minneapolis tonight to take on the Minnesota Timberwolves.

Pacers Guard George Hill is out indefinitely after suffering a chip fracture in his left ankle.

Hill suffered the injury late in the third quarter of last night's win when he appeared to land on the foot of Johan Petro.

Head Coach Frank Vogel says he is not sure how much time the Indianapolis native will miss.

Hill did not make the trip to Minneapolis for tonight's game with the Timberwolves.
