Southern Utah Hands IUPUI Its Third Straight Loss

(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - The IUPUI Jaguars lost their third game in a row as they drop a 72-64 decision to Southern Utah at the Jungle in Indianapolis.

Ray Jones Jr led the Thunderbirds with 21 points with Jackson Stevenette and Ramell Taylor adding 19 points each as Southern Utah snaps a three-game slide of their own.

Ian Chiles led the Jags with 14 points with Stephen Thomas, Christian Siakem and Alex Young adding 10 points apiece.

The Thunderbirds move to 8-9, 3-4 in the Summit League.

IUPUI drops to 8-11, 2-5 in the league. The Jaguars host Oral Roberts on Saturday night.
