(UNDATED) - Indiana moved up to number eight in this week’s ESPN/USA Today Men’s College Basketball Coaches Poll.
The Hoosiers are 15-1, their best start since 2007-08 when they opened 17-1.
IU moved up from number twelve last week on the strength of a home win over number-13 Michigan and a road victory at Penn State in the past week.
Hoosiers Center Cody Zeller was honored by the conference on Monday as he received his fifth freshman of the week honor of the season.
Indiana hosts the Minnesota Golden Gophers on Thursday night.
