Granger And Hibbert Power Pacers Past First Place Bulls

(CHICAGO, IL) - The Indiana Pacers overcame a ten-point halftime deficit to defeat the Chicago Bulls 95-90 at the United Center.

The Pacers led 24-23 at the end of one with the Bulls closing out the half on a 9-3 run to take a 54-44 advantage to the locker room at intermission.

Indiana opened the third quarter with an 11-3 run to cut Chicago's lead to two, but the Pacers would not regain the lead until late in the period and led 75-74 at the end of three.

Danny Granger scored a team-high 22 points and pulled down a season-high nine rebounds for the Pacers.

Roy Hibbert added 20 points, including a dunk with 13 seconds remaining that gave the Blue and Gold a four-point lead.

Derrick Rose led Chicago with 24 points with Ronnie Brewer scoring 20 points and grabbing ten boards as the Bulls lose their first home game of the season.

Indiana snaps a nine-game losing streak in Chicago including last year's playoffs as they improve to 12-5.

Their three-game road trip continues Friday night in Boston.
