(OXFORD, OH) - The Evansville Purple Aces picked up their first road win of the season, edging the Miami Redhawks 77-75 in Oxford, Ohio.
Denver Holmes led the aces with 15 points.
Ned Cox finished with 14 points with Kenny Harris scoring twelve.
Julian Mavunga scored 18 points and pulled down twelve rebounds for the Redhawks with Brian Sullivan also scoring 18 as Miami drops to 3-6.
Evansville improves to 5-5.
The Aces are off until December 29th when they open Missouri Valley Conference play against Southern Illinois at the Ford Center.
