Hoosiers Blast Retrievers To Stay Undefeated This Season

(BLOOMINGTON, IN) - The Indiana Hoosiers had little trouble improving to 12-0, pounding the Maryland-Baltimore County Retrievers 89-47 at Assembly Hall in Bloomington.

Christian Watford led the Hoosiers with 22 points and a game-high nine rebounds.

Jordan Hulls finished with 16 points with Matt Roth adding 14 off the bench and Cody Zeller scoring 13.

IU pulled away in the second half on the strength of 9-13 shooting from three-point range.

Three retrievers, Chase Plummer, Ryan Cook and Quentin Jones, scored ten points apiece as UMBC loses its third game in a row to fall to 1-10.

IU is off until Wednesday night when they open Big Ten play at Michigan State.
