(SOUTH BEND, IN) - Notre Dame will take on Florida State in the Champs Sports Bowl December 29th in Orlando, Florida.
Both the Fighting Irish and the Seminoles went 8-4 during the regular season.
Notre Dame is headed to a bowl game for the third time in the last four seasons and the sixth time in the past eight.
The Irish have played Florida State six times previously with the Seminoles holding a 4-2 lead in the all-time series.
