Boilermakers To Play In Bowl Game For First Time Since 2007

(WEST LAFAYETTE, IN) - The Purdue Football team will face Western Michigan in the Little Caesars Bowl December 27th in Detroit.

It will be the first bowl game for the Boilermakers since 2007 and the first under third-year head coach Danny Hope.

Purdue finished the regular season at 6-6, defeating Indiana 33-25 in the annual Old Oaken Bucket Game November 26th to become bowl eligible.

The Broncos went 7-5 during the regular season.
