(MUNCIE, IN) - Jarrod Jones scored 14 points and pulled down eleven rebounds to lead the Ball State Cardinals past Texas Southern 64-53 at Worthen Arena.
Jesse Berry tied Jones for team-high honors in points with 14 while Randy Davis added 13 points and nine assists for the Cardinals.
Texas Southern's Omar Strong lead all scorers with 19 points as the Tigers lost their fourth in a row to fall to 1-5 on the season.
The Cardinals have won three straight and are 3-2.
Ball State hits the road to take on the Tennessee-Martin Skyhawks on Saturday afternoon.
