(SOUTH BEND, IN) - Tim Abromaitis scored 28 points and grabbed nine rebounds to lead Notre Dame past St. Xavier 90-72 in an exhibition game at Purcell Pavilion.
Sophomore guard Eric Atkins scored 19 points and dished out six assists while junior forward Jack Cooley added a double-double with 14 points and eleven boards.
Brad Karp scored 25 points and had nine rebounds to lead the Cougars with Roosevelt Green scoring 19 points.
Next up for the Irish is an exhibition game against Stonehill College Monday night in South Bend.
