Colts Look For First Win Against Struggling Jaguars

Last updated on Friday, November 11, 2011

(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - The Indianapolis Colts wrap up their week of practice today as they get ready for Sunday’s game with the Jacksonville Jaguars.

The Colts are still looking for their first win of the season and are trying to avoid 1997's 0-10 start.

The Jags have not fared much better as they enter with a 2-6 mark.

Jacksonville features a rookie quarterback in Blaine Gabbert, which has forced the Jaguars to feature running back Maurice Jones-Drew as the cornerstone of the offense.

Jones-Drew has been a perennial Colt-killer, averaging 93 yards in ten previous games against the Colts while scoring twelve touchdowns.

Running back Joseph Addai, defensive back Terrence Johnson and wide receiver / kick returner Blair White missed practice again on Thursday.

Those three have been sidelined all week due to injury.

Tight ends Dallas Clark and Brody Eldridge have already been ruled out of Sunday's game with the Jaguars as have quarterback Peyton Manning and offensive lineman Joe Reitz.

There were two new additions on Thursday's injury report as defensive end Jamaal Anderson was limited in practice with a hip problem and defensive back Stevie Brown was limited with a hamstring injury.
