(TAMPA, FL) - LaGarrette Blount's 35-yard touchdown run with 3:15 remaining was the difference as the Tampa Bay Buccaneers got past the Indianapolis Colts 24-17.

Blount carried the ball 25 times for 127 yards and the winning score as the Bucs wore down the Colts defense in the fourth quarter.

Josh Freeman completed 25 of 39 passes for 287 yards, throwing for one touchdown and running for another as Tampa Bay overcame an early ten-point deficit.

Pierre Garcon caught just two passes for the Colts, but both went for long scores as he gathered an 87-yard pass from Curtis Painter in the second quarter and a 59-yarder in the third to finish with 146 yards.

Painter completed just 13 of 30 passes in his first regular-season start, but did throw for a Colts' season-high 281 yards with the two scores.

It was a rough night for the Colts as several players left Monday night's loss with injuries.

The most severe was to veteran defensive tackle Eric Foster, who dislocated his right ankle and was hospitalized overnight in Tampa.

The injury is expected to require season-ending surgery.

The team's top three draft picks in 2011 all left early due to injury.

Left tackle Anthony Castonzo, the Colts' first-round selection, left in the first quarter with an ankle injury and was replaced by second-round pick Ben Ijalana.

Ijalana was knocked out with a knee injury in the fourth quarter.

Third-round selection Drake Nevis saw additional time at defensive tackle following Foster's injury, but Nevis would leave in the fourth quarter with a lower back injury.

The Buccaneers improve to 3-1 while the Colts fall to 0-4.

The Colts are back home on Sunday as they host the 1-3 Kansas City Chiefs.
