(ST. LOUIS, MO) - The St. Louis cardinals used a six-run bottom of the seventh to defeat the New York Mets 11-6.

Ryan Theriot gave St. Louis the lead for good when his ground rule double in the seventh scored Albert Pujols and Lance Berkman.

Yadier Molina was intentionally walked and rookie Adron Chambers followed with a pinch-hit, three-run triple to blow the game open.

The Cardinals have won three in a row and remain within reach of Atlanta in the NL Wild Card race.

The Braves were 4-0 winners in Florida and maintain their two and-a-half-game lead over St. Louis.
