The Reds tied it in the fourth when Todd Frazier raced home from second base on a fielders' choice from Edgar Renteria.
Dexter Fowler drove home what proved to be the winning run with an RBI single in the fifth.

Willis allowed five hits and struck out ten in the loss, falling to 0-2.

Rockies starter Esmil Rogers got the win to move to 6-1.
