(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - The Indiana Fever are back home tonight as they welcome the San Antonio Silver Stars to Conseco Fieldhouse.
The Fever are coming off an 88-69 loss to the Sky Sunday night in Chicago that snapped their five-game winning streak.
A 12-0 run by the Sky to close out the game made the final margin more lopsided than game had been, but Fever coach Lin Dunn expressed disappointment in her team's effort afterward.
Indiana still holds a one-game edge over second-place Connecticut in the WNBA eastern conference standings.
The Silver Stars are 12-8 and are in second place in the Western Conference, four games behind front-running Minnesota.
It is the first of two meetings between the fever and the Silver Stars in a week with the rematch coming next Tuesday night in San Antonio.
