(NEW YORK, NY) - The NFL's owners and players are not expected to meet for face-to-face negotiations until tomorrow, but there are reports that a deal to end the 119-day-old lockout could be close.

ESPN cites sources that say barring a setback, the deal could be ready to be ratified by league owners at their scheduled July 21st league meeting.

Sources from both sides say that the main sticking point now is a rookie wage structure and the length of rookie contracts.

The annual Hall of Fame game is less than four weeks away, adding to the urgency to get a new Collective Bargaining agreement done.
