Hermmann, Howard And Others Enshrined In Hall Of Fame This Weekend

(SOUTH BEND, IN) - Former Purdue Quarterback Mark Herrmann is one of 20 players and coaches who will be enshrined in the College Football Hall of Fame on Saturday night.

Two days of activities begin today in South Bend culminating in tomorrow night's enshrinement dinner and show.

Joining Herrmann in the 2011 enshrinement class are former Heisman Trophy winner Desmond Howard from Michigan, former Arizona State linebacker Pat Tillman, former UCLA offensive lineman Randy Cross and his San Francisco 49ers teammate Charles Haley, who played linebacker at James Madison.

Among the coaches being enshrined are Wisconsin's Barry Alvarez and Gene Stallings, who won a National Championship at Alabama in 1992.
