Reds Rough Up Billingsley To Pick Up Sweep Of Dodgers

(LOS ANGELES, CA) - The Cincinnati Reds roughed up Los Angeles starter Chad Billingsley as they beat the Dodgers 7-2 to complete a three-game series sweep.

Scott Rolen had three hits and three runs batted in with Ryan Hanigan and Fred Lewis driving in two runs apiece as the Reds scored all seven of their runs in the first four innings.

Travis Wood benefited from the offensive output as he improved to 5-4.

Wood allowed a run on five hits over six innings to get the win. Billingsley lasted just four innings, giving up seven runs on nine hits while walking four to fall to 5-6.
