Jorge Posada delivered the key blow for New York in the opener, hitting a go-ahead two-run homer in the sixth.

It was Posada's first home run since April 23rd. In game two, Chris Heisey hit three home runs and drove in five.

It was the first multi-home run game of Heisey's career.
