(UNDATED) - In the National League yesterday, the Chicago Cubs snapped their eight game losing streak by beating the Cincinnati Reds, 4-to-1.
Ryan Dempster earned his fifth win of the season by striking out eight in six innings pitched.
The Houston Astros defeated the St. Louis Cardinals, 4-1.
Bud Norris had a no hitter until Lance Berkman homered in the seventh inning.
