Brantley had hit a solo home run earlier in the game as had Cleveland's Grady Sizemore.
Matt Joyce homered and drove in two runs for Tampa Bay while Evan Longoria hit a solo shot in the eighth inning to tie the game at four.
The Rays had a four-game winning streak come to an end.
