Giants Rough Up Cardinals With Help Of Torres' Grand Slam

(ST. LOUIS, MO) - Andres Torres hit a grand slam and Madison Bumgarner pitched seven solid innings as the San Francisco Giants beat the St. Louis Cardinals 7-3.

Cody Ross hit a solo homer with Miguel Tejada and Brandon Crawford adding RBI singles for the Giants.

Bumgarner allowed two runs on six hits to improve to 2-6 on the season.

Albert Pujols hit a solo homer, his ninth of the season, and drove in two for St. Louis.

Cardinals starter Kyle McClellan lasted just four innings, giving up seven runs on seven hits to drop to 6-2.
