(CHICAGO, IL) - Jaime Garcia remained undefeated as the St. Louis Cardinals pounded the Chicago Cubs 9-1 in the finale of their three-game series at Wrigley Field.
Garcia held the Cubs scoreless until the sixth, when they managed three-straight singles with Jeff Baker driving home Chicago's lone run.
Garcia allowed nine hits over seven innings and had an RBI single to improve to 5-0.
Jon Jay hit a two-run double and drove in three with Matt Holliday adding a solo home run, his fifth of the season, as the Redbirds took two of three in the series.
