(ST. PAUL, MN) - The Indiana Fever dropped their preseason opener, falling to the Minnesota Lynx 71-66.
Rebekkah Brunson led the Lynx with eleven points with rookie and Indianapolis native Amber Harris adding ten points and ten rebounds.
Katie Douglas scored eleven points for the fever with Tamika Catchings scoring nine and grabbing a team-high eight boards.
The Fever and Lynx meet again Tuesday night at Conseco Fieldhouse in their final preseason game.
Indiana opens the regular season June 4th at home against the Chicago Sky.
