(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - It is Carb day at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway as the 33 drivers participating in Sunday’s Indianapolis 500 will get one final opportunity to check out their cars at speed before race day.
Following the one-hour practice for the Izod IndyCar series cars, the Firestone Indy Lights cars take to the two and-a-half-mile oval for the Freedom 100.
The on-track activity concludes with the annual pit stop competition with a concert in the infield wrapping up the day.
