Last updated on Tuesday, March 22, 2011

(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - With the Izod IndyCar Series opener less than a week away, two veteran drivers landed rides on Monday.

Tony Kanaan will drive for KV / Lotus Racing while Paul Tracy will drive for Dreyer and Reinbold Racing.

Kanaan left Andretti Autosport at the end of the 2010 season and was going to drive for DeFerran - Dragon racing this year.

DeFerran - Dragon ceased operations last month due to a lack of sponsorship.

Kanaan's deal is for the entire 2011 season.

Tracy's deal is for the Indianapolis 500 only.

He raced in five events last season, including three with Dreyer and Reinbold.
