(EVANSVILLE, IN) - The Evansville Purple Aces extended their winning streak to four games with their 77-65 win over Missouri State at Roberts Stadium.
Troy Taylor led five Aces in double figures with twelve points with Denver Holmes adding eleven as Evansville moves to 13-9, 7-5 in the Missouri Valley Conference.
Kyle Weems and Jermaine Mallett scored 16 points apiece for the Bears, who fall a game behind first-place Wichita State in the MVC standings at 9-3 in conference play.
The Aces hit the road Saturday afternoon to take on the Creighton Blue Jays.
