Late Rally Not Enough As Bowling Green Edges Ball State

(BOWLING GREEN, OH) - Ball State falls to 14-9 overall and 6-4 in the Mac after losing to Bowling Green 65-64.

Jarrod Jones led the Cardinals with 15 points and 14 rebounds while Malik Perry added ten points and 11 rebounds.

The Cards were down 64-56 with 27 seconds on the clock before a layup from Perry, a three-pointer from Tyrae Robinson and a free throw from Jones made it 65-62 with six seconds left.

Ball State scored a layup as time ran out but Bowling Green held on for the win.
