IPFW Remains Perfect In Summit League Play

(FORT WAYNE, IN) - The IPFW Mastodons are still perfect in Summit League play after knocking off Western Illinois 68-55 in Fort Wayne.

Zach Plackemeier led the Dons with 16 points with Trey McCorkle adding 13 as IPFW improves to 10-4 overall, 5-0 in the Summit.

The Leathernecks cut a seven-point Mastodons lead to two early in the second half before the Dons went on a 10-2 run to take control.

Matt Lander led the Leathernecks with 16 points as Western Illinois drops to 6-8, 1-3 in league play.

IPFW hosts IUPUI on Saturday.
