Cardinals Drop First Game Of Season At Worthen Arena

(MUNCIE, IN) - The Ball State Cardinals saw their seven game winning streak come to an end as they lost to Morehead State 50-48 at Worthen Arena.

Kenneth Faried led the Eagles with 13 points and 15 rebounds with Terrance Hill adding eight points as Morehead State improves to 13-8.

Jarrod Jones had 14 points and ten boards for the Cardinals with Jauwan Scaife finishing with twelve points as Ball State suffers its first home loss of the season to fall to 13-5.

The Cardinals return to Mid-American Conference play on Thursday night when the Kent State Golden Flashes come to Muncie.
