(CINCINNATI, OH) - Butler fell to Xavier Thursday night 51-49.
Butler tied the game at 49 and had a chance to take the lead but Butler's Ronald Nored missed two free throw attempts.
Nored then committed his final foul late in the game which set up the go-ahead free throws for Xavier to take the lead and the win.
Butler falls to 4-4 on the season.
