(CHARLESTON, IL) - Jarrod Jones scored 20 points and grabbed 13 rebounds to lead the Ball State Cardinals past Eastern Illinois 58-51.
Jauwan Scaife added 16 points for the Cardinals, who overcame a nine-point deficit at halftime to improve to 4-3.
Jeremy Granger scored a game-high eleven points for the Panthers with Shaun Pratl and Curry McKinney finishing with ten points each as Eastern Illinois drops to 3-6.
The cardinals head on to Chicago to take on the DePaul Blue Demons on Saturday night.
