(WEST LAFAYETTE, IN) - JaJuan Johnson scored 21 points and grabbed eleven rebounds as eighth-ranked Purdue defeated Austin Peay 87-65 at Mackey Arena.
E'Twaun Moore added 17 points with Ryne Smith scoring eleven points and DJ Byrd adding ten.
The only down note for the Boilermakers was at the free throw line, where Purdue missed ten of their 24 attempts.
Tyshwan Edmondson led the Governors with 16 points with John Fraley adding eleven points and 13 rebounds as Austin Peay drops to 2-3.
The Boilers improve to 4-0. They face Southern Illinois on Friday night in the Chicago Invitational.
