(BLOOMINGTON, IN) - The Indiana Hoosiers are 5-0 for the first time in eight years following their 72-56 win over North Carolina Central at Assembly Hall.
The Eagles led midway through the first half but IU closed with a 7-0 run to lead 34-24 at intermission.
Christian Watford led the Hoosiers with 17 points with Jordan Hulls adding 15.
Landon Clement led North Carolina Central with 17 points as the Eagles fall to 1-3.
IU hosts Northwestern State Friday evening in Bloomington.
