Cardinals Rookie Garcia Fires First Career Shutout

(ST. LOUIS, MO) - 24 year-old rookie pitcher Jaime Garcia threw a three-hitter for his first career shutout as the St. Louis Cardinals defeated the San Francisco Giants 9-0.
Albert Pujols got the game going for the Cards with an RBI single in the third.
Rookie Allen Craig had a two-run homer and three RBI's for the Cards.
John Jay had three hits and an RBI, while Brendan Ryan and Yadier Molina each scored two hits and an RBI.
