Rangers Show Their Power Against The White Sox

(CHICAGO, IL) - Matt Treanor homered and drove in four runs as the Texas Rangers defeated the Chicago White Sox 9-5.

Michael Young and Josh Hamilton had three hits each with Young driving in three runs and Hamilton finishing with two RBI.

The Rangers played without Vladimir Guerrero, who suffered an eye injury in a freak accident during batting practice.

Paul Konerko kept up his red-hot hitting, slamming a pair of home runs and driving in four.

Konerko has 16 homers this season.
