Colvin Knocks In Four As Cubs End White Sox Winning Streak

(CHICAGO, IL) - The Chicago White Sox’ longest winning streak in 49 years ended with an 8-6 loss to the cross-town Cubs.

Tyler Colvin hit a three-run homer and drove in four with Alfonso Soriano hitting a solo shot and Derrek Lee adding a two-run double as the Cubs' bats finally came to life.

Paul Konerko hit a solo homer, his 20th of the season, with Juan Pierre and Carlos Quentin driving in two runs each as the Sox had their eleven-game winning streak snapped.

It was the White Sox' longest winning streak since 1961.
