Three Run Fourth Inning Give Royals Edge Over White Sox

(KANSAS CITY, MO) - Jose Guillen drove in three runs to lead the Kansas City Royals past the Chicago White Sox 5-3.

Guillen hit a game-tying RBI single in the Royals' three-run fourth and gave KC some insurance with a two-run single in the fifth.

Brian Bannister pitched six innings to get the win, allowing three runs on seven hits to improve to 2-3.

Alex Rios hit a solo home run and Alexei Ramirez had a pair of RBI singles for the White Sox, who dropped two of three in the series.
