Stubbs Comes Up Big In Reds Victory Over Pirates

(CINCINNATI, OH) - Drew Stubbs had three hits and drove in a pair of runs and starting pitcher Aaron Harang delivered a key base hit as the Cincinnati Reds got past the Pittsburgh Pirates 7-5.

Ronny Cedeno touched up Harang for a two-run homer in the second to give the Pirates the early lead.

Stubbs cut the Cincinnati deficit to one with an RBI double in the second before the Reds erupted for five runs in the fourth.

Harang delivered the go-ahead RBI single in the big inning and would go on to pick up the win, improving to 3-5.

Brian Burres took the loss for Pittsburgh as he drops to 2-2.
