(CLEVELAND, OH) - The Toronto Blue Jays scored three unearned runs in the ninth inning, capped by Adam Lind’s go-ahead, opposite field two-run home run that gave the Jays a 5-4 win over the Cleveland Indians.
Cleveland entered the ninth inning with a 4-2 lead before Aaron Hill's slow roller with two outs went through the legs of Indians shortstop Luis Valbuena, allowing Fred Lewis to score from second.
Lind followed with his game winner off Cleveland Reliever Chris Perez as Toronto won its fourth game in a row and completed a three-game series sweep.
Travis Hafner hit a solo homer for the Indians, who have lost four games in a row.
