Cardinals Back To Winning Ways At Home

(ST. LOUIS, MO) - The St. Louis Cardinals scored four runs in the bottom of the first en route to a 6-2 victory over the Washington Nationals.

Colby Rasmus opened the scoring in the first with an RBI single.

David Freese followed with a two-run triple and scored on a single by Yadier Molina.

Kyle Lohse was the beneficiary of the outburst.

Lohse would allow one earned run in six innings to pick up his first win of the season, improving to 1-3.

The Nationals have lost three games in a row.
