Last updated on Monday, May 31, 2010

(CINCINNATI, OH) - Lance Berkman hit a two-run double in the top of the tenth to defeat the Cincinnati Reds 2-0 to avoid a three-game series sweep.

The game was a pitchers' duel between Houston's Ronny Paulino and Cincinnati's Mike Leake.

Paulino pitched eight innings, allowing no runs on four hits while Leake lasted six innings, giving up seven hits.

Neither figured in the final decision as Brandon Lyon picked up the win for the Astros and Micah Owings took the loss for the Reds.

Cincinnati had its four-game winning streak come to an end.
