(ARLINGTON, TX) - The Chicago White Sox saw their three-game winning streak come to an end as they fell to the Texas Rangers 4-2 in Arlington.
Matt Treanor gave Texas a 3-0 lead with a solo home run in the second inning and a two-run double in the fourth.
The Sox would claw back with RBI singles from Carlos Quentin in the fifth and Alexei Ramirez in the sixth.
Justin Smoak capped the scoring for the Rangers with a sacrifice fly in the sixth.
CJ Wilson allowed both Chicago runs on five hits in six innings of work to get the win, improving to 2-1.
Mark Buehrle allowed four runs on seven hits over seven innings to pick up the loss, falling to 2-3.
