(BLOOMINGTON, IN) - Bloomington South High School Guard Matt Carlino has committed to play collegiately at UCLA this fall.
Carlino's father, Mark, says the 6-2 guard will graduate from high school a year early and will not return to Bloomington South for the upcoming season.
The Carlinos moved to Bloomington from Arizona before last season after Matt Carlino committed to play for Indiana University.
Carlino re-opened his recruitment last month and visited UCLA last weekend.
Baylor, California, Florida and UNLV also expressed interest in having Carlino join them in 2010 while Butler reportedly was interested in him for their 2011 class.
