(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - The Indiana Pacers snapped Charlotte’s six-game winning streak, knocking off the Bobcats 99-94 at Conseco Fieldhouse.
Danny Granger led the Pacers with 26 points with Troy Murphy adding 16 points and 13 rebounds as Indiana snapped a two-game skid and won their third game in a row at home.
Mike Dunleavy came back from his eye injury and scored 15 points.
Dunleavy had missed Sunday's loss in Milwaukee after being injured during pregame warm-ups. Former Pacer Stephen Jackson and Boris Diaw led Charlotte with 20 points apiece.
Another former Pacer, Stephen Graham, added a career-high 19 points starting for injured forward gerald Wallace. The Bobcats were going for a franchise-record seventh-straight win.
The Pacers improve to 22-45 heading to a game with LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers tonight in Cleveland.
The Cavaliers won their fourth game in a row last night as they recorded a 113-101 victory at Detroit.
James had his fourth triple-double of the season last night, going for 29 points, twelve rebounds and twelve assists against the Pistons.
The Pacers will be without granger this evening when they face the Cavaliers.
He was struck in the cheekbone while battling for an offensive rebound in the final minute of last night's win over the Bobcats.
Granger walked unsteadily to the bench and dropped to the floor after the play and had to be assisted to the locker room.
Following last night's win, head coach Jim O'Brien ruled Granger out for tonight's game in Cleveland.
