(SIOUX FALLS, SD) - The IPFW Mastodons advanced to the semifinals of the Summit League men’s tournament with a 71-66 victory over South Dakota State.
Jeremy Mixon led the Dons with 19 points, 17 of those coming in the second half.
Nick Daniels added 18 points as IPFW improves to 16-14.
Garrett Callahan scored a game-high 20 points to lead South Dakota State with Kai Williams adding 17 as the Jackrabbits end their season at 14-16.
IPFW will face top-seeded Oakland in the first semifinal this evening.
The Golden Grizzlies swept the season series.
