Hoosiers Drop Tenth Straight Game

(IOWA CITY, IA) - The Indiana Hoosiers lost their tenth game in a row, falling to the Iowa Hawkeyes 73-57 in Iowa City.

Matt Gatens led the Hawkeyes with a career-high 25 points with Aaron Fuller adding 17 points and Cully Payne finishing with 13 points on nine for ten shooting from the free throw line.

Verdell Jones III led IU with 22 points with Christian Watford scoring 13 and Devan Dumes finishing with eleven.

Iowa snapped a three-game skid to improve to 10-19, 4-12 in the Big Ten.

The Hoosiers fall to 9-19, 3-13 in the conference heading to Wednesday's game with Purdue in West Lafayette.
